We are justifiably proud of our heritage at CITI.
With over 30 years experience in the area of transformational change through project and programme management, we are recognised leaders in our field.
We work with and support organisations and individuals to transform their ability to manage change by sharing our expertise and experience, enabling organisations to improve their overall change performance and capacity, whilst individuals enhance their own and their colleagues' capability and flexibility to deliver.
Our team of consultants are all qualified to help you transform the way you manage change. They have all been in senior roles across diverse organisations, managing change, programmes and projects. We choose people for their empathetic style and true on-the-ground experience across a variety of industry sectors, as well as their subject matter expertise. We don't do it for you; we sit next to you and empower you to do it yourself. This way when we leave, you're far more capable and confident.
Whilst we advise and consult across all aspects of change, portfolio, programme and project management, there are a number of areas where we have developed specialised, industry leading approaches including: Sponsorship, Capability assessment and development, Project clarity, Successful change and Agility
CITI is well known for learning and development. We have supported the development of thousands of individuals through courses and workshops. We are accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM) and APMG-International to deliver qualification based courses such as APMP, Principles of Change Management and AXELOS Limited's PRINCE2© and MSP©. We also design and deliver many hundreds of client-specific courses using our own industry leading techniques and concepts.
We specialise in enhancing capability and we will work with you to design and develop a learning programme that achieves this in the best way for you and your team. Your programme may include the design of specific learning events based on your approaches, materials from our own resources, qualification based training, and work based learning opportunities.
