Project Sponsorship

Our 40th anniversary event was hosted by Royal Mail and took place in the heart of London's Tech City in October 2016. We spent the day with other senior Transformation, Change, Programme and Project Management professionals, learning from their experience and networking.

The event looked at all aspects of Sponsorship; how to be one, how to engage with one and how to build a winning partnership, as well as listening to some useful lessons learned.
