Jane has been with CITI for over 15 years. Today she is CITI's Chief Operating Officer and the director accountable for the execution, quality and delivery of CITI's engagements.
Jane is a highly skilled consultant with over 25 years of programme, project and change management experience.
Jane's strengths lie in stakeholder engagement, team and relationship building, coaching and mentoring, and structuring change initiatives. In the recent past she has focused on developing specifically tailored and innovative approaches to develop and build individual and organisational change management capability. This combination of skills has enabled Jane to work across all levels from executive teams to 'new to the profession' individuals.
Apart from her CITI operational commitments Jane's role involves acting as an advisor for CITI's delivery teams and for our clients. Additionally, she is a trusted advisor / partner providing support and guidance to senior managers, sponsors and boards of major organisations.
